Cocoon Nebula (IC 5146)
Cocoon Nebula (IC 5146)
The Cocoon Nebula is an interesting smaller hydrogen gas cloud surrounded by a lot of dust including a dark nebula that looks like a trail behind it.

Five 35-minute exposures using an Orion 80mm carbon fiber apochromatic telescope on a Paramount MyT mount, and with a ZWO ASI2600 using an OPT quad narrow band filter.
