Here's a link to an interesting article on the two methods for measuring the expansion rate of the universe. Both methods demonstrably accurate, but giving two different answers. I would like to understand this a little better. Perhaps a topic for future club meeting?

If we show our amateur status and our ignorance, this can help whoever reads it, to make a better presentation. I think others are with me in this: showing our ignorance, without shame, is a fair offering to science.
